Concept & site survey
Two-hour visit. We measure, photograph, talk through how you actually use the yard — pets, kids, parties, view lines, problem areas.
Plan & plant palette
Within two weeks: a to-scale plan, plant palette with photos, hardscape callouts, and a phased budget so you can pick what to do now vs. next year.
Soil, grade, and bones
Demo, hauling, grading for drainage, irrigation rough-in, edging, hardscape footings. The unglamorous half that decides whether the lawn lasts.
Plant & sod
Trees and shrubs go in first by size, then beds, then sod last so it stays untrodden. We label every plant and leave a care card.
Walk-around & one-year check
We walk it together. Adjust sprinkler heads, retune the controller, hand off the warranty packet. Free check-up at 12 months.
